• All reservations (booking / amendment) of the Al Majlis VIP lounge services (“Al Majlis”) should be made online and paid at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time.
  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon successful payment and confirmation from Dubai Airports Corporation (“Dubai Airports”). Confirmation of payment is required no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Cancellations, amendments, or a change in the number of passengers/guests in a group, must be made 24 hours prior to your travel time, failing which full charges of Al Majlis services shall apply and Dubai Airports shall not be obliged to provide you with Al Majlis services.
  • All reservations will be subject to availability and reconfirmation.
  • Ensure you provide the correct spelling and name of all passengers/guests as per their details in their official documents. This helps in recognising names on the boards displayed by Dubai Airports’ staff at the gates. Incorrect information may result in the full amount of the Al Majlis charges being applied if guests fail to identify their names.
  • Cancellation requests must be made no later than 24 hours before departure time; otherwise full charges apply. A processing fee of AED 300 + VAT will be imposed on any refund due to cancelation request per guest, with the expected refund time being between four to six weeks.
  • On-hold reservations (those cancelled 24 hours prior to a flight) will be valid for six months from the date of the original booking.  The booking cannot be partially used and any reservations not used within that period shall be forfeited and will be fully charged.
  • Due to security reasons, Al Majlis services are not available to guests travelling to Israel via Emirates and El-Al airlines or to any guests traveling with British Airways.
  • For guests requiring visas to enter the UAE, original visas must be submitted to Al Majlis VIP Lounge counters three hours prior to the flight arrival time.
  • If you are paying for the Al Majlis services by way of bank transfer, ensure the transfer is completed and confirmed before guests arrive at Dubai International (DXB) (the “Airport”). Bank transfers can take four to five workings days to clear and be confirmed by Dubai Airports.
  • Animals and pets are not allowed to access Al Majlis premises.
  • Smoking in the Al Majlis lounge is prohibited unless a designated smoking room is available.
  • Children under 3 years of age, accompanied by adults, are eligible for free entry.
  • You must comply with all regulations, policies, and Al Majlis terms and conditions published on DA’s website, including any instructions, requirements or directions from Dubai Airports.
  • Complaints should be lodged via the Feedback | Dubai Airports link no later than one week from the Al Majlis Service booking date.
  • Dubai Airports reserves the right to edit, modify, and change these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification
Dubai Airports reserves the right to revoke your or your guests’ access to Al Majlis services at any time in case of non-compliance of Al Majlis terms and conditions by you or any person utilising Al Majlis, whether an employee of your organisation or at your invitation.
DA is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, claims, fees, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred by you resulting from; i) use of the Al Majlis service including but not limited to theft, personal injury, or any lost items; ii) other persons claiming through or under you; or iii) withdrawal of the Offer by DA.

Q1) Does making a booking with Al Majlis guarantee that Al Majlis services will be provided?
A) No. We , respond to all service requests within 1 hour, but service provision is subject to availability on the day.
Q2) Why do guests need to pre-register for Al Majlis services?
A) Guests must undergo a one-time registration so we can evaluate their information and ensure their privacy. During registration, we collect essential details, review them within 24 hours and store the information to expedite future bookings.
Q3) Does booking for Al Majlis services entitle the guests to airline benefits such as upgrade and excess baggage allowances?
A) No, all airline preferences or special requests must be communicated directly and agreed upon between the airline and customer.
Q4) How long does it take process a refund?
